i have a reaccuring problem which seems to be rattling noise from the engine and the car is juddering, this only happens when turning on and off, i have been to the dealer on 3 occassions with this problem where they have fitted the front/top engine mount twice which stopped the problem for a short period of time, then when going back the third time, after taking legal advice i have been told "this is a charactoristic with the car"!! but still theytried to repair by fitting a bottom/back mount/lifter?
i need some advice please!!

Perfectly normal due to softer rubber used in mounts to dampen vibrations which stops being transmitted through body when engine running.
