Peugeot 207 dipped headlights

Hi all .My dipped headlights won't work all bulbs are still working all fuses are good had RAC out and they don't know what wrong with it .. I have side lights and full beam.. when checking for power to light the fuses say 14amp and when I turn lights on it go's down to 1amp I need some advice please

The way these cars work is the light switch sends a command to the Body Systems Interface which then sends voltage to the bulbs.
the light switch isn't actually connected to the bulbs.
So if I were doing this the first thing I'd do is scan the BSI for any stored faults.
You really need Peugeots diagnostics for this.
Other diagnostic can give false readings.

Not being funny but have you checked the bulbs as it isn't uncommon for two to go at once

check the psf1 as well as this is inbetween the built in systems interface and the comm unit

I've check boths sets of bulbs and they all work .

could try disconnecting the brown connector(middleone )of the psf1(underbonnet fuse box) to make sure there is no water in there.Open bonnet and turn off ignition for ten minutes first.
