My thermostat won't let me know my temperature the needle is not moving also my heating is not working due to this any advice would be helpful thanks

Sounds like your thermostat has jammed in the open position.
Needs to be closed to allow the coolant to heat up for heat to the matrix.
A new thermostat ought to cure this.
Fairly common fault.
