Peugeot 207 audible signal with no warning lights

Hi,
Straight after starting the engine there is an audible high pitch signal coming from dashboard, same hapens straight after shutting the engine off, however no engine management lights are on and car seems to drive ok. This saund lasts for around 15-20 seconds.
Any ideas what this could be?

Guessing only , possibly indication of low battery ?
