Peugeot 207 water getting in somewhere

Car: Peugeot 207
Variant: se
Model Year: 2000
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Water is getting in to some sort of box section behind the dashboard, there is no ingress of water into the car itself. You can hear the water sloshing around, and there is condensation on the inside of the windscreen. Not an issue in the summer, less rain etc. but at this time of year it is a pain.

Your scuttle drains are blocked.there is one either side behind the plastic trim below the windscreen,The one that blocks the most is the one which sits below the wiper motor on the left hand side.Lift up the the lattice part of trim and with a long screw driver push out the rubber drain tube.It is a bit fiddly under the wiper motor but the one on the opposite side is easier to see and reach.Eventually if you don't unblock them water will enter via the pollen filters.I hope this helps
