Peugeot 207 turbo does not work all the the time tried dpf cleaners and turbo cleaners to no avail any answers please

Dump vave on these is open by default,it needs vacuum from the pupm via the solenoid to close it.
so if either of those parts or the connecting pipes are faulty no boost.
