Usually there is a rubber pipe coming the bulkhead. This can get blocked, but you can usually unblock it by squeezing the pipe a few times and clearing the blockage.

Forgot to mention that the pipe comes from the bulkhead and into the engine bay.

I have the same with mine and its really annoying. There is a drainage hole under the windscreen which gets blocked easily. You can get to it by opening the bonnet and lifting the plastic mesh just under the windscreen. I have to poke my finger in the hole about once a month....not pleasent!

Just an update on an old post.....Car went in for a service last week and I mentioned that water was getting into the drivers side footwell. The dealer imediately said that it is probably the drain under the windscreen that is getting blocked and the then water builds up and comes in through the pollen filter housing. Peugeot have issued instructions to dealers to put in another drainage hole in a location that they have found doesn't get blocked.

Also ,does the car have air con? if it has, make sure it's not the drain tube that's got blocked . If it has a sunroof , make sure drains are clear also .
