Peugeot 206 brakes

Car: Peugeot 206
Variant: 1.4
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Leaks & Noises
I had been driving for about 40-50 mins and they brakes were working fine at first, but then when i pressed the pedal it just went to the floor. The brakes were still working, but not as good.
The front pads and discs are fine, the fluid level is fine, and no leaks by any wheels, but one wheel cylinder is slightly leaking (not leaking everywhere but could see brake fluid when the seal was pulled back. Could this leaking wheel cylinder cause the pedal to go to the floor or could it be something else?

If no leaks at wheels or pipes and just a slight leak at wheel cyl . sounds like master cyl .
