Peugeot 206 electric accelerator clicks alone

My accelerator (Gas pedal) which is of electric type sometimes clicks without even touching it.
This is mostly happen when I start the engine, RPM reaches 2 without clicking it. and keeps while am driving.
Many trials to switch the engine on and off, The problem might disappear.
What could cause such problem?

Is it not clear?? or no one knows about this problem??
The problem in simple words is that when I start the engine, the RPMs goes to 2 - 2.5 and keeps high while driving.
