Peugeot 206 cooling fan not working

noticed cooling fan not working after ive been out driving for a while then turn engine off, checked fuses and they ok, the car temp never goes above 95c, what temp should the fan kick in at? a left it idling and it goes to 98 but still no fan so turned it off, any help thanks

If not overheating , should be normal . Depends on temp of switch when it cuts in/out .

the cooling fan relays are behind the front bumper on the radiator and can get broken wires but i think you need to take the bumper off to access
