Peugeot 206 reseting the mil light

Car: Peugeot 206
Variant: 206cc 2000cc
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
The mil light is illuminated on my 206cc the codes indicate a problem that could be the Map sensor or Lambdas. I have replaced the MAP sensor and both Lambda sensors.I have 2 OBD scanners but neither will reset the fault and put out the mil light.I thought that i could put the light out at least until i started the car again had the problem not been cured but the reset just fails every time. Do i need a more complex scanner to put the light out. I also tried disconnecting the battery for a few hours. Thanks in advance.

are you on about the service light or are you on about the miles light if you on about the service light then there is a way to reset it look in your owners manual that should tell you under service light

MIL light is malfunction indicator lamp , not service light .
