Peugeot 206 rear wheel drivers side sits sloped inwards and squeaking noise

Could be anything , possibly wheel bearing but needed to get it jacked up and check for play at wheel or susp bushes etc.

Or could be the trailing arm,
Have a look when jacked up.
if the trailing arm bearings are gone,
very common on Peugeots,
then the top inside of the tyre gets very close to the inner wheel arch,
sometimes so bad that there's is paint/underseal rubbed from the metal.
If there's no wheel bearing play money on the arm bearing has gone.
