Peugeot 206 intermittent loud bleep on starting

Car: Peugeot 206
Variant: Auto
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I recently changed the battery and had a new starter motor fitted, since then, intermittently, when I turn the key in the ignition an extremely audible bleep sounds. There are no warning lights on and having read the manual, I have no clues. Can anyone help please?

You say you replaced the battery , was it a new one .POSSIBLY low battery in car or key remote may cause fault ? does in some makes .Could test battery and charge if needed and replace fob / remote battery
