Peugeot 206 rear right tire rubbing

I have a problem?!!
My rear right tire is rubbing against the lower side of the arch, and what i can see the arch pops out like a bobble where the fuel pipe is, how can i pop it out?? It is rubbing on it

sounds like your problem is a worn trailing bearing causing the wheel to lean and rub on the arch i assume you have the standard tyres fitted and the car has not been lowered

It has not been lowered, ive just change the wheels from
a 15" to a 17" alloy wheels, the other 3 are perfect, just rubs against the arch

like i said in my last post you should check for wear in the trailing arm bearing

You may have to feather the arches,a panel beater should be able to do this for you,As you have fitted bigger rim,s this has altered the clearance and with driver it,s probably touching on corners,just watch it,s not damaged the tyre.
