Peugeot 206 ignition barrel

Car: Peugeot 206
Variant: 1.4 manual
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
The problem i have is the ignition key will go into the barrel ok and starts the car but when i try to turn off or get the key out it is solid, this only happens every now and then, when it jams i have to wiggle the key until it comes out.Can i get a second hand barrel with key and immobiliser shroud that match and just plug into the loom or has the car got to be re-programed.

Special tools needed:an hb pencil,a pencil sharpener and some medium grit sand paper.
Now rub the pencil lead on the grit, collecting the black dust,do it a lot, hence the sharpener.
now once you have a lot,you can't make too much, fold a piece of paper/card so you can pour the dust into the igniton barrel.
Pencil lead isn't lead,it's graphite and it's the best lubricant for ignition barrels, you just can't put too much in,some on the key as well.
now work the key in and out and back and forwards.
You will be amazed.
Or you can do as I do and buy a bottle of graphite powder, mines made by C/K.
I have never had to change an ignition barrel,or any car lock, amazing stuff!
