Peugeot 206 pulling to the left

Hi have a 206 2001 the car has starting pulling to the left while driving not braking, also at the same time the front right makes a cruching sound when putting on full lock retaining clips are there no obvious cracks on suspension also no uneven tyre wear as of yet the tyres are all good also brake pads are fine, the problem (both) has came out of the blue over the past week had no knock or hit any major pot holes, any ideas please let me know many thanks.

Check the drive shaft joints as you would expect to hear a noise if the joint is about to give way. Make sure there is no grinding noises from joints. Also check steering arms and track rod ends for any wear.
