Peugeot 108 touch screen not working

My touch screen isn't working, it keeps crashing after so long into the journey. Car garage saying it's a compatibility issue with my iPhone 11 however I don't think that's right. Anyone had the same problem?

If it was the Peugeot dealership who checked it out , hard to dispute their findings
