Nissan Sunny i drive a nissan sunny 2008,the car keeps making a ticking sound,all the lights on the dashboard keeps going on and off and the car won't start.

Initially this would go on for some minutes and stop the ticking sound and the car will start but it got so bad that it wouldn't even start anymore. Please what is the cause.

Ticking noise could be a hydraulic tappet , especially if car not serviced regularly and engine oil and filter not changed . Also check engine oil level and battery terminals , condition / voltage , try a jump start . Check ALL earths
