When it rains back foot well and boot get wet seals on doors look ok

On that car they are prone to leaking around the rear lights into boot .

I had this problem on Micra I just bought.
Found a post on one forum that said it might be the passengers tail light?
Took it off, taped a small freezer bag, using water proof duct tape over the chassis behind the light, cut two small holes for back of the light fitting and bolted it all back down.
No more water in the boot!
