Nissan Micra boot wont open

Variant: 1.2 3 door
Model Year: 2003

hi my daughter has a 2003 micra the doors open on the fob 'press once and the drivers door opens ''twice the passenger door opens as well and usually the boot but the boot wont its staying locked ? how can I open it to fix or find the problem 'thank you
