INTERMITTENT LOSE OF INSTRUMENTS ON DASHBOARD. LIGHTS FLICKERING AND GO ON AND OFF. SPEED O JUMPS UP AND DOWN. THERE IS SOME TIMES A NOSE FROM THE BOARD COMPUTER. CAN ANYBODY HELP.
