I was closing the Sun roof and at some point it failed to completely lock leaving a small gap, I have tried checking the fuse but to no avail

Suggested Solution
Check fuses first then could try this ,
POSSIBLE SOLUTION!! There's a seperate Tilt button and a seperate Open/Close button. Hold the Tilt buton up and the Open/Close button up at the same time WHILE THE CAR IS ON. And then turn your car off while still holding the buttons. Then turn your car back on and it should work like brand new again. This re-programs the sunroof.
