My 350Z has developed a problem where it will not immediately start and it takes up six or seven attempts. Once it starts it runs well and does not stall.
I find the problem is more common the second or third time i drive it in a day.
Is it the keyless system or maybe the immobiliser?
My mechanic is baffled. Anyone who has any ideas or has experienced this problem please comment.
Thanks.

i would say the best thing to do is have the dealers take a look at it as they have all the equipement to be able to tell you straight away what it is

sounds like the crank sensor is either faulty or weak signal due to dirt on sensor. although this will not show on diagnostic since no management light coming on the signal can be tested with scope to check voltages. its possilbe the mil did not illuminate because the readings are acceptable by the ecu
