drive of then vehicle then stops as if you have put your foot on the brakes

vehicle was left standing fitted new cam belts fitter new brake pipes & hoses freed of all brakes thought it might be clutch drive down the road about 1 mile vehicle slows down you can not drive it any more but you can tow vehicle home

Plenty of fuel in it?or are you getting a brake bind or fuel starvation issue,perhaps filter

Is engine revving up o.k in neutral , can you push the vehicle when this happens ?

no engine dose not rev up idles o.k just as you drive along it slows down that is why i changed flex brakes pipes had the on other car is there only 3 flex pipes

can tow it home but this is some time after it has stopped it revs up idle it is the brakes coming on

Check the TPS . Also check pistons in calliper are free .

freed of all brakes new brake pipes new flex pipes 3 is there any more flex pipes as driving along the vehicles slows down then stops

Usually plenty of videos on you tube , here is an example Rear brake callipers on some Shoguns were very common for seizing / sticking . Assuming you replaced front flex hoses .
