no smoke on tick over no revs. Just white smoke when accelerated hardly any power its like its wanting to go but to much fuel going threw

Most likely a blown cylinder head gasket, but could be a cracked cylinder (rare). The white smoke will be the coolant and you will only see it under power as the pressures increase.
The least likely possibility is contaminated fuel, but worth checking.
