Mitsubishi Pajero grumbling noise at 2000-2200rpm

Car: Mitsubishi Pajero
Variant: 3 litre petrol LWB auto
Model Year: 2002
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
When in park/neutral or drive(all gears) there is a rumbling noise from the engine at 2000-2200rpm range. Also coasting in Drive the rumbling noise will come in even when slowing down and foot is off the accelerator. Any ideas?
