No power to reversing camera, adio, satnav system. Kenwood. not sure if aftermarket? Checked fuses? seem ok.

L200 61 reg - gear change issue on a manual gearbox does not change down 4th to 3rd . All other gear changes are fine from 4th to 5th or 4th to 2nd is this a clutch issue as no noise vibration from gearbox no crunching
