Car: Mitsubishi L200

Model Year: 2002
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
Hi my mitsubshi l200 has a vibration which appears to come from the gearbox when pulling away this problem has been there for the past 18 months but i have put up with it but i have just had replaced a mounting bracket on the gear box and now the problem is ten times worst and i now notice it in secon d and third gear. my mecanich seems to think that it maybe something to do with the clutch possibly oil on the clutch plate. Has anybody experienced a similar problem? thankyou.

id find out if your vehicle has a duel mass flywheel as these cause all sorts of vibrations

Every possibility it is clutch / flywheel .If dual mass flywheel ,you can get a kit to replace the unreliable dual mass flywheel with solid one.
