Mitsubishi L200 intermittent power loss no dash lights

When driving all seems well no lights on dash then power drops off revs up and down then crawls any help would be so great full as only had it 5 months my wife who drives it is disabled hence buying automatic

You would be better carrying out a diagnostic scan to see if any stored fault codes . Also changing fuel filter if not been done recently wouldn't go wrong
