Mitsubishi L200 ignition on but not turn or start

immobilise fob enter car keyin lights on nothing off the key 3 seconds clonk from a relay somewhere in dash(alarm is ok)checked . sometimes just starts sweet . others nothing but the delay after each turn of key clonk. Battery fine/full very low milage only started messin when battery died. help please

"only started messin when battery died." does suggest low battery volts, could also be a faulty solenoid on the starter or a poor earth connection to the engine.
