Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi
just purchased 2005 Colt CZT, HPI clear and with a comprehensive RAC inspection.
Drove 17 miles and there was a temporary loss of power and the traction control & engine management lights on dash came on. Pulled over in layby and switched the engine off for a few minutes and restarted the engine, traction control light did not light up but the engine management light stayed on. Drove the car slowly back to the garage with the engine management light still on but it did not appear to be in "limp" home mode, any ideas?
Many thanks

Would get on to RAC after paying for report and faults shown so soon after paying for examination . May be they will send a patrol / engineer to carry out a diagnostic scan for you foc .
