Leaks & Noises
For a few weeks now my front right tyre is making a loud howling noise (like the wind howling if that makes sense) but only when I turn the wheel slightly to the right. It doesn't happen on full lock, or the left side. My car has 91,000 on the clock, all tyre pressures are fine. Any ideas what is causing this noise?

Seen that with tracking / wheel alignment being slightly out causing it .

Forgot to add , if that side is slightly out the wheel is not running true .Hence turning wheel a little corrects it and stops noise .

Slight tracking misalignment wouldn't cause any noise. Its possible your plastic inner arch has come loose rubbing on the tyre, but more than likely its a wheel bearing. Does it get louder when you corner left, and quieter when cornering right?. That's a wheel bearing

Mis read the post .Thought the noise was there constantly when going straight , not just on turning right .

May well be a wheel bearing as suggested if variance of noise on load transference.
