Mercedes Benz C Class car not idling properly

Car: Mercedes Benz C Class
Variant: 1.8 kompressor auto petrol
Model Year: 2004
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I have an intermittent problem with my car idling properly. At times the revs drop to the point that the car almost cuts out, & sometimes it does. The problem is when the car is either stopped or moving very slowly in traffic, or when trying to park. I have had the lambda replaced with a new one but, that hasn't helped. Can anyone please help me?

Check the partial load hoses (breather pipes) common problem as they split and fold on themselves. theres 3 partial load hoses in total and are located near the airbox and by the kompressor
