Mercedes Benz A Class misfiring

Car: Mercedes Benz A Class
Variant: 1.4 Manual
Model Year: 1999

I am facing the misfiring problem the first five minutes after starting the engine, then it goes ok. The local garage suggested this might be connected with ECU, but I reprogrammed mine just 2 years ago. Then they said me that it was the coil pack. Is it any point to buy the new coil pack or it may be something different? Is anyone familiar with this problem?
