Mazda 5 grinding when driving

my problem with my mazda 5 is when im driving the vehicle all of a sudden a gringing noise starts. it also slows the vehicle down. it seems like the abs system because it starts and stops continuosly. its been back to mazda under warranty twice and both times they have said there is nothing wrong. as of most things when i take it to mazda the problem has gone. it appears randomly. im tired of expaining this problem as noone belives me. does any one out there know of or suffered the same problem?
