Land Rover Freelander shuddering throughout the car at 1,600 rpm at any speed and gear.

Car: Land Rover Freelander
Variant: SD4 HSE
Model Year: 2013
Categories: Engine & DrivetrainGearbox & ClutchRunning Rough, Starting & Power Loss
The sound is a little like the car is in the wrong gear but the engine is typically just turning over at this point, often happens when sitting at 60-70mph on a motorway in 6th gear at 1,600rpm on flat or even downhill.
I've had the wheels balanced and this hasn't solved the issue. I have read numerous blogs, one mentions a hose to the A/C unit that can affect this so I have driven the car with no AC on and this does reduce the problem but doesn't totally remove it.
Another mentioned checking the driveshaft but not keen to take the car into a workshop to switch the drive shaft if this is simply down to the AC hose. Any recommendations or past experience tips would be gratefully received!

Is it possible water has got into a tyre, possibly when being inflated through a not correctly drained compressor, that’s an issue I’ve had ,Would imagine the engine and transmission would be under strain at those rpm in high gears ,could even be bulge in a tyre or distorted wheel .
