Kia Sedona engine over-rev

Car: Kia Sedona
Variant: CDi Manual
Model Year: 2005
Categories: Leaks & Noises
We had bought the car a year ago and last Nov it became impossible to get into any gears at all so had the car towed to our local dealership...where we had purchased it from. It needed a new Clutch Arm as it was cracked. Since we got it back the gears have been very "clunky" (sorry...only way to describe it!) and now the engine is revving AFTER you take your foot off the clutch whilst driving. It only does it once each gear change. There are no warning lights on and it only seems to do it when the car has warmed up properly. It seems like history is repeating itself. Has anyone else had similar problems?
Any help appreciated.

I meant to add that the car has only done 25000 miles so the clutch itself shouldn't be worn yet or could it? The car is still under warranty so I think a stop back at the garage is due??
