Jaguar X-Type starting when hot

Variant: 2.0D manual

when cold the car starts first go and runs perfectly when the engine gets up to temp and I stop for a few mins when I come to restart it takes a few go's before it will start ,its quite lumpy for a few seconds before it settles down at about 900rpm from then on it then runs perfectly
would be great if you could help

There was a problem with this warm start problem a while back and it was cured by an ECU reflash / update to the latest version .
