When starting off car jerks and when i move to second gear it goes ok for a few minutes then it starts to jerk again the air flow has been changed many times but still the same and the throttle control valve has been changed but still the same this has been going for years and still the garage has not cured the fault, any ideas for this problem will help.

Instead of guessing , replacing parts maybe not needed and the cost involved , get it scanned with a reputable Hyundai scanner that covers all systems , modules for fault codes / stored codes .

Hi i have 3 times and the dealer states no error code but lots of owners complain about these 2000cc cars

Check or replace if needed the plugs , plug leads ( if fitted on that year ) , air filter , check for any vac leaks

new plugs and new leads fitted by dealer and still the same jerky to start and after warm up goes ok

I could go on for ever wasting my time suggesting possible causes only for you to say it's been done , so will stop after this Engine coolant temp sensor faulty and sending wrong info to ECU ?
