We are having the same issue, first time was a couple of months after purchase, given same instructions but didn't work, they took it in anc fixed the problem. Three weeks ago it has come back. Nothing we do has gotten the filter to regenerate. I've been on other sites and it's a common issue but neither Hyundai or its sister company Kia have done anything about it.
