Hyundai Tucson clutch & gears

Car: Hyundai Tucson
Variant: 2L manual Diesel
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Bought as new 2009 just completed 30000-mile service at 28000 miles. Problem started14 days later as intermittent difficulty obtaining gears. RAC bled clutch. Fine for two days. Intermittent problem started again. Hyundai garage inspected but car was fine at that time. Told it needed to fail completely before problem could be resolved. Now no clutch what so ever, cannot engage or disengage gears .Local Hyundai garage cannot fix under warranty for five weeks? I have to find alternative transport and stand the cost. Does this problem sound like a failed master cylinder?

It could be the clutch slave cylinder that has failed.

Certainly looks like a hydraulic fault with either the slave cyl. or master cyl or even both . Get on to Hyundai customer services and complain . It would seem they are just trying to fob you off as it still covered by warranty . No customer should have to wait any where near that length of time for an appointment , totally ridiculous .
