Hyundai Matrix beeping noise

When i take the key out from the ignition and open the door there is a beeping sound all lights are off so i cannot understand HELP please

I had this problem after a mot it was found to be rear fog light switch turned on make sure switch is turned off

On some models if the radio is still switched on as you remove the ignition key, the radio bleeps 3 times.
This happens with my 2003 Auto 1'6 GSi
