Hyundai ix20 on starting engine virtually all dashboard lights & trip milage recorder constantly flash. flash

This has occured after doing emergency stop. Turn engine off and restart sometimes cures problem. Local garage has tested with a diagnostic apparatus.

A low battery often causes this type of fault on various makes .Starting and running allows the alternator to boost the battery a bit and increase voltage .Need to LOAD test battery / check voltage prior to starting . That car also suffers from various instrument cluster faults ,
