Hyundai Getz vibrating steering wheel and acceleration lose

After every journey of 30 minutes, the engine noise sounds like a lawnmower, the steering wheel vibrates badly. After stopping for five minutes ,rest of journey O.K. Garage says this is front brake problem and changed front brake discs, calipers, brake hose and fluid - with no results. Diagnostics comes up clear. Driven at normal speed and mileage 19,000.
Garage is running out of ideas. Any suggestions would be very welcome!

need a bit more info but sounds a bit like coil pack or crank sensor the crank most likly. has your garage experianced the fault?
