Honda Civic engine

Car: Honda Civic
Variant: 1.4i
Model Year: 1999
Categories: Leaks & Noises
When I start the engine when it is cold sometimes it makes a funny noise which is loud. I went to a garage and they said it was the timing belt I changed it but still the problem is there.

Usually it's the power steering / alternator belt slipping that makes a noise , not timing belt .
