Honda Accord jerky upon accelerating or decellerate

Car: Honda Accord
Variant: 2.0 LSi
Model Year: 1994
Categories: Engine & Drivetrain
Hi all,
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
When I put my foot down, or, lift it off the accelerator, my accord jerks slightly.
Not very smooth. Someone suggested it could be dirty injectors, whilst someone else said it could be a faulty o2 sensor???
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Chhers,
Russ.

would have to experience this myself to diagnose properly, but under load most problems are due to poor ignition ie, plugs, leads etc, but on over run (decelarating) these would not cause an issue nor would injectors as the ecu shuts them off on over run, have a good look round for any split vac pipes and hoses on the inlet manifold.
