Ford Puma engine vibration

Car: Ford Puma
Variant: 1.7
Model Year: 1997
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
The engine has a vibration coming from the top on deceleration or sometimes idling but not on acceleration. The vibration sounds like and exhaust against body work but it is definitely from the upper part of the engine. Thanks.
