Ford Puma abs and traction control

the abs and traction control lights dont come on on the main dashbroard , also the abs doesnt work at all on the car help

Could check fuses /relays first , if not that get it scanned .

is there a ratchet sound if so your speed control sensor may be gone if i am not wrong that is attachet to back of the brake disc's an the ratchet sound is the ABS pump, you might want to check the last owner didnt remove the bulb from the dash aswell
