Ford Mondeo complete loss of power

Driving along at 50/60 miles and hour - complete power loss. Car taken to side of road and will restart immediately. But will drive along again and eventually same problem - cut out completely - no warning on dash. Car serviced regularly and in very good condition.

Hard to diagnose that type of fault . You have to try and find if it's caused by fuel or electrics fault .Maybe fuel pump / fuel filter or relay sticking ? If it would throw up a fault code when scanned would be a big help but doesn't always happen .
