Ford Mondeo engine judder/misfire

driving on the motorway i had a little wheel wobble between 65-80 mph, but accelerated it out at 90mph, continued to drive at this speed for 1 hr, stoped and when i restarted the car juddered through all gears and would lose power and misfire, any ideas on whats wrong please?

possibly coil pack but could also be plug leads or plugs any fault codes?
